SaniSnooze™ Return Policy

The SaniSnooze™ Sweet Dreams Crib Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Bedtime Kid’s Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Scholar Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Moon Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Sky Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Cloud Mattress and SaniSnooze™ Cloud XL Mattress

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your SaniSnooze™ Mattress. To be eligible for a return, your SaniSnooze™ Mattress must not be damaged or tampered with and the mattress cover must not be sliced, torn or damaged in any way.  If your SaniSnooze™ Mattress or foundation fails due to manufacturing defect, SaniSnooze™ will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective item.

Due to sanitary purposes, all SaniSnooze™ Mattress Covers or Accessories are non-returnable.

Once our Customer Support Team has reviewed and confirmed your request, we will begin our return process. To be eligible for a return you must be within your 30-night sleep trial and the mattress must be undamaged, not exposed to any chemicals or compounds that may deteriorate the mattress cover’s integrity and used in a correct and proper manner.    

Once your return is approved, you will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges.

What is Included Under this Warranty?

This warranty applies to items such as:
  • Manufacturer defect which is direct result of defective material or workmanship
  • Visible sagging of 1″ or greater, and only if the mattress has been continuously supported by matching foundation (or equivalent) and used with an appropriate frame and center support, or a minimum of 5 hardwood cross-slats with center support
  • Visible body impressions of 1” or greater on sleeping side of mattress

What is Excluded Under this Warranty?

This warranty does not apply to items such as, but not limited to:
  • Normal and visible body impressions of less than 1″ on sleeping side of mattress
  • Comfort or Firmness preference
  • Product that is shipped outside of the continental U.S. and Canada
  • Product that is stained, burned, in an unsanitary condition, or otherwise abused 
  • Product not maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions listed below 
  • Bent foundation

SANISNOOZE™ EXCHANGE POLICY

The SaniSnooze™ Sweet Dreams Crib Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Bedtime Kid’s Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Scholar Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Moon Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Sky Mattress, SaniSnooze™ Cloud Mattress and SaniSnooze™ Cloud XL Mattress

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to exchange your  SaniSnooze™ Mattress. You are allowed one exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must be within your 30-night sleep trial period and the mattress must be clean and undamaged.

SaniSnooze™ Mattress Limited Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of The SaniSnooze™ Mattress. SaniSnooze™ is committed to providing ultimate comfort while keeping your mattress core dry all night long. If the SaniSnooze™ Mattress was sold new in the USA by SaniSnooze™ or a SaniSnooze-authorized reseller, and is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, SaniSnooze™ warrants that, at SaniSnooze’s option, it will replace or repair the SaniSnooze™ Mattress. This non-transferable warranty is for the original purchaser only. If the SaniSnooze™ Mattress was purchased from a SaniSnooze-authorized reseller, you must contact the reseller directly for any returns or exchanges. 

This warranty extends from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. The warranty no longer applies after any resale of the mattress whether new or used. Original proof of purchase (including date) by the original purchaser, this warranty document, and the law tags from the mattress will be required to make a warranty claim. For warranty service, you are required to preserve these documents during the 1 (one) year warranty period. This warranty applies to the mattress and not to any accessories or other products associated with the mattress. 

Mattresses are covered by warranty only if they are used on a firm, flat, non-spring foundation sufficient to support the mattress weight and its users while remaining flat and firm from the date of delivery onward to the date of the warranty claim without interruption; otherwise the warranty is void. Other placement or storage of the mattress, including but not limited to foundations of other description, a storage facility in any orientation, or use of a non-sufficient frame beneath the foundation, voids this warranty. A sufficient frame on which the mattress is supported must provide sturdy support for both the mattress and foundation. SaniSnooze™ may require purchaser to provide proof of the sufficiency of the foundation and frame and of the constancy since purchase of the support of the mattress and foundation thereon before this warranty will apply. This warranty shall not apply if SaniSnooze™ determines in its reasonable discretion that the mattress or foundation has been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: Tears, stains, odors, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, or signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from corrosive cleaners, or damage from weather or sun exposure. SaniSnooze™ reserves the right to deny warranty coverage. Photos may be requested to be sent via internet to SaniSnooze™.
