How does the 30-Night Sleep Trial work?
Our 30-Night Sleep Trial is a performance-based guarantee that comes along with every SaniSnooze Mattress purchase. We stand by the quality of our product and back every mattress with a Leak-Free Dryness Guarantee.
We guarantee your SaniSnooze mattress will not leak and your mattress core will remain dry all night long. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must be within your 30-Night Trial period and the mattress must not be stained, unsanitary or damaged.
How do I know wHICH SaniSnooze mattress is right for me?
SaniSnooze has designed each mattress with our customers in mind. Each SaniSnooze Mattress is carefully created to exceed the expectations of our customers for both comfort and ease of cleaning.
How will my SaniSnooze mattress arrive?
Your SaniSnooze mattress will be shipped via FedEx and will be compressed and rolled up in a box.
How long does it take to receive my order?
SaniSnooze Mattresses typically ship in 5-7 business days after receipt of your order. Once your mattress has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information.
How long does it take for my SaniSnooze mattress to fully expand?
Once your SaniSnooze mattress is unboxed, it can take up to 24 hours for the foam to fully expand.
How do I return my SaniSnooze mattress?

What makes up the foam core?
Each SaniSnooze Mattress is made from CertiPUR-US® foam, meaning our mattresses are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants, heavy metals and formaldehyde. Additionally, our foam meets Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
What does it mean to have a dual-sided mattress?
SaniSnooze Mattresses feature a two-sided foam construction which extends the life of your mattress. With a dual-sided mattress you should periodically flip the mattress giving the bottom layers of foam time to recover and bounce back to its original shape. By allowing the foam to decompress, you restore the integrity of the foam and extend the life, comfort and support of the mattress.
Will my mattress smell?
SaniSnooze Mattresses were designed to keep the core of your mattress dry! Because urine and other liquids don’t penetrate the core, your SaniSnooze mattress will not smell.
SaniSnooze is the ONLY mattress specifically created for bedwetting with an anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, waterproof mattress cover made to handle any mess. Cleaning up after an accident is easy: simply remove soiled bedding, wipe off the mattress cover with soap and water, dry and get back to sleep!
